It plays a funky tune. OK, it actually does just about everything. It combines all the new Wizards for tuning up the PC. First of all it wants you to register, so that you can use the Windows 98 Update site. Then it wants you to connect to the Internet with the new Internet Connection Wizard and then finally it wants to do all manner of things to your hard drives. This part will set up the schedules for ScanDisk, Defragmenter, etc as the Maintenance Wizard does, and it will ask to to convert your file system to FAT32 if you haven't got it. This screen starts when Windows 98 does for the first time and continues to do so every time you boot unless you untick the check box at the bottom to stop it.
